Open-Hour Sports Reservation

Community Open Hours are scheduled by day and sport. Each weekday is set aside for one sport. Each 1-hour slot reserves the entire gym for $25.00. Slots can be booked from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM; 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM is shown on the schedule but isn't available for booking. The gym closes at 11:45 PM. Reservations are confirmed right away.

Payment & Honor-System Policy

Payment is required via Zeffy, with no fee: Pay for your reservation on Zeffy. This process operates on an honor system, and members are responsible for submitting the correct payment for each reservation. When submitting your payment, please include your Reservation ID (e.g. OHS-2026-00003).

Administrators reserve the right to cancel any reservation without prior notice if a member abuses the honor system, including making multiple bookings or unnecessarily blocking sessions from being available to other members.

Open hours run Monday to Friday. You can book up to 4 weeks ahead.

Payment

Fee: $25.00 per 1-hour slot — paid online via Zeffy
Open-hour reservations run on the honor system. Please pay your fee online through Zeffy (no fee) and include your Reservation ID (e.g. OHS-2026-00003), which you'll receive as soon as you confirm. Your reservation is confirmed now; please complete payment before your session begins.

Limit: 2 slots per day and 6 per week per person. To cancel, contact the office at least 24 hours ahead.
