Room Booking for Events

Requests are not confirmed until an administrator approves them. You'll get a confirmation email right after you submit, and a second email once it's reviewed.

How payment works: Don't pay when you submit. Once your request is approved, the approval email includes the final amount due (with the refundable security deposit) and a link to pay on Zeffy with no processing fee. Please include your Reservation ID (e.g. FAC-2026-00001) with your payment.

Want to play during open hours? Community Open Hours in the Gymnasium (Monday to Friday, 5:00–11:45 PM) have one sport each day. Bookable 1-hour slots run 8:00–11:00 PM, reserve the whole gym, and cost $25 each, paid online via Zeffy. Use Open-Hour Sports Reservation instead of this form.
